This Bill would require football clubs in the top four tiers of English and Scottish professional football to publicly disclose who owns the club, who owns the club’s home ground and training ground, any intellectual property connected to the club or third parties with a stake in its players, and the identities of all outstanding creditors. If a club goes into administration, all creditors must be paid out equally.
