This Bill would amend England’s planning rules on outdoor advertisements to limit signs and banners related to lettings. It tightens the rules for letting advertisements shown on the exterior of buildings and gives local planning authorities more power to enforce the rules. It is currently at the second reading in the House of Commons.
The bill is at the second reading in the House of Commons. If it passes this stage, it will proceed to the Committee stage for detailed scrutiny and then to the Lords for consideration.
