The Employment Practices Bill would ensure that the terms and conditions of employment offered to workers in the UK do not disadvantage those who live in the UK permanently because of bonuses or other non-cash payments. It sets out rules to protect UK-domiciled workers from unfavourable treatment in these payments, and it covers related measures.
