This bill would protect members of the armed forces and their families from discrimination in the provision of goods, services and employment, and would treat certain offences against service personnel and their families as aggravated. It also contains provisions relating to the Crown’s reserve forces. In short, it aims to promote fair treatment for military personnel and their households.
