This Bill would transfer responsibility for running Scotland’s part of the Work Programme from the UK Government to the Scottish Parliament. It would give Holyrood control over delivery, contracts and related operational aspects in Scotland. The Bill is currently at the 2nd Reading stage in the House of Commons.
