The Arbitration and Mediation Services (Equality) Bill would extend equality protections to arbitration and mediation services and set out duties for providers to treat users fairly. It also clarifies how equality law applies to these services and to staff involved in delivering them.
Currently at the second reading in the Lords. If it progresses, it would move to committee stage in the Lords and then on to the House of Commons for scrutiny.
