This bill would require the Prime Minister to revoke the UK's notification of withdrawal from the EU under Article 50(2). It would only do this if both the Scottish Parliament and the National Assembly for Wales grant their consent. In effect, it aims to cancel Brexit, but the revocation would be conditional on consent from the devolved legislatures.
