The Trade Union (Access to Workplaces) Bill would remove certain restrictions on trade unions operating inside workplaces, making it easier for them to conduct business on site and engage with workers. It also includes connected provisions to support how these changes would work in practice.
The Bill is currently at the second reading in the House of Commons. After this, it would proceed through further stages in Parliament if supported.
