The Buses (Zero Emissions) Bill would stop carbon-emitting public service vehicles from being registered. It sets two phase dates: from 2025 the registration of carbon-emitting PSVs manufactured after 2025 would be banned, and from 2035 the ban would extend to all other carbon-emitting PSVs.
