This Bill would add 'air' to the list of energy and technology sources used to define microgeneration in two Acts (the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 and the Energy Act 2004). In effect, it widens what can count as microgeneration energy. It is currently at the second reading in the House of Commons.
