This Bill would require Ministers of the Crown to disclose if they have been issued with a fixed penalty notice. It also provides for related measures to support that disclosure. The aim is to improve transparency about ministerial conduct.
The Bill is at the second reading in the House of Commons, still early in its passage through Parliament.
