This bill would require the government to ensure every child eligible for free school meals has a broadband connection and the means to access the internet at home. It aims to tackle digital exclusion and support home learning for FSM pupils.
Presently at 1st Reading in the House of Commons. If it proceeds, it would move to committee stage and then further readings in both Houses.
