This Bill would set out, and possibly widen, the powers and duties of the Groceries Code Adjudicator. It would clarify how the Adjudicator can investigate supplier complaints, require information from retailers, and take enforcement action where Code rules are breached. It also includes related duties and procedures needed to support these powers.
