The Bill would exempt motor homes from the caravan site licensing rules. If enacted, motor homes would no longer fall under the caravan site licensing regime, reducing regulatory requirements for motor home users and the operators who host them.
The Bill has completed its first reading and is at its second reading in the Commons. If it passes, it would move on to committee stage and further scrutiny before potentially progressing to the Lords.
