This Bill would require the government to publish proposals for a Climate Finance Fund and to finance it through a levy on fossil fuel companies and other organisations that contribute to pollution. The Fund would be used for climate finance and related purposes. It is currently at the second reading stage in the House of Commons and was introduced in the Commons by Richard Burgon.
