This bill would require the Secretary of State to review how undergraduate student finance payments are scheduled and to consider whether some payments could be paid earlier in certain circumstances. It also allows for related changes to be considered as part of the review.
It has completed the 1st Reading and is currently at the 2nd Reading in the Commons. If it progresses, it would move to Committee stage and subsequent readings.
