Parliament (Disclosure of Information) Bill would require members of both Houses of Parliament and candidates for election to the House of Commons to publish financial information and other disclosures. It would create a public framework for these disclosures, detailing what must be published, when and how to publish it, and how it will be overseen. It also covers related purposes, such as penalties for non-compliance and other enforcement provisions.
