The bill would require the Secretary of State to publish lists of energy performance certificates (EPCs) issued for public buildings under the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive. Publishing these lists is intended to make information about the energy efficiency of public buildings more transparent and easier to compare. It could also set out connected rules to support publication and upkeep of the lists.
