Safety and Conservation (Byelaws) Bill would allow the Secretary of State to delegate some safety and conservation powers to conservators and other specified bodies. This means certain duties currently carried out by government could be handled by these organisations, with rules to govern how the delegation works and safeguards in place. The measure is designed to support related purposes connected to safety and conservation.
