Twist votes with her party in the vast majority (100% loyalty, above the Labour average of 99%), and has attended 63% of votes (well above the party average of 33%). Her voting record shows support for Universal Credit, NHS funding and workers' rights, and opposition to tighter immigration controls and the Rwanda deportation scheme, with a mixed pattern on issues such as bus services regulation, VAT changes, transgender rights, asylum policy and trade union powers. She has shown crossover on some measures, notably in June 2025 when voting against her party on several amendments to the Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill.
Declared financial interests include donations and other support for activities as an MP, land and property interests (in the UK or abroad), and miscellaneous interests.
